  • Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, quality inspections, and any deviations from the standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and supervisors, to optimize production processes and achieve production goals.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

Qualifications

Required

  • Min 2-3 years of lab experience
  • Capable of taking simple measurements using calipers and micrometers
  • Good written and communication skills for documentation
  • Able to use computers; communicate via email, understand and toggle between different software
  • Actively engaged person requiring constant diligence and quality checks and process improvement
  • Ability to identify and fix minor mechanical issues with machines

  • Scales and measures
  • Document record forms, batch records
  • Lab testing
  • Physical product testing
  • Filing and managing paperwork such as SOPs, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Full Job Description

Position: Production Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (occasional Saturday if needed)

Pay Rate: $18/hr

Location: Credit Card Manufacturing Company
