Openings for Missouri State licensed LCSWs to become members of our integrated multi-disciplinary behavioral healthcare organization. Centric Care is a Joint Commission and state-licensed Mental Health and Substance Abuse facility. We operate an Ambulatory Detoxification program, Partial Hospital program (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Psychiatric, Substance Abuse, and Dual Diagnosis. Centric Care utilizes an innovative, highly successful, multi-step, proprietary approach to Wellness. Serving ages 13-70.

Small Behavioral Healthcare facility seeking a Missouri state-licensed LCSW, to become part of our exciting, innovative organization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Intakes and Assessments
• Assist in the coordination of patient's admission, treatment, and discharge
• Complete and update daily, charting of progress notes and treatment program
• Manage and document patient's comprehensive clinical records, master treatment planning, and reviews
• Conduct precertification of services with managed care insurance companies
• Provide therapeutic guidance, therapy, and counseling services to individuals, groups, and families
• Conduct psycho-educational and process group therapy for program participants
• Work collaboratively with the Medical Director psychiatrist and treatment team
• Strong group therapy experience (very beneficial)

Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Missouri State License
