Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager for consumer-facing software platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  • Passion for technology and staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Strong interest or experience in golf, golf maintenance or agricultural fields

About this role:

The product manager is responsible for maintaining the product roadmap, conducting competitive analysis, being the voice of the customer internally and leading a cross functional team to deliver products that meet business objectives. They are excellent problem solvers who can clearly communicate the product roadmap to a broad range of stakeholders. They work closely with Senior Product Managers and Directors of Product implementing the vision and strategy.

Where you'll be:
  • This role will be based at our Liberty Corner, NJ campus on a hybrid schedule. Employees are expected to spend 3 days per week working in the office, between Monday - Thursday.
