  • Observe and report on resident change of condition or changes in ability.
  • Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.
  • Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Prior commercial cooking/ food preparation experience preferred.
  • Selected candidates are required to pass background checks.
  • Must be able to read and follow recipes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to stand for length of shift.

Do you enjoy cooking a variety of meals and desserts? Come and work in a brand-new kitchen at Meadowview of Davenport as a Part-Time Cook! This senior living community has 106-units for residents including independent living, assisted living, and memory care options.

Join our team where you can use your skills to create delicious and nutritious meals for our residents. Your passion for cooking nutritious and appetizing meals will be highly valued by our residents. You will be able to build great relationships with our residents, as you may serve your meals to them on occasion.

There is a Part-Time, working day shift Saturday through Tuesday benefit eligible position available working a varied schedule.
