  • Work in collaboration with individual brand, marketing, content strategy teams to deliver on a unified strategy across campaigns.
  • Direct the creative process for SVOD multi-content video campaigns that reinforce SVOD brand identities and deliver a consistent message across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute campaigns that span various media, including video, digital and social media.
  • Act as the lead in-house creative for the senior executive team, servicing all creative, presentation and live event needs.
  • Develop engaging and brand consistent b2b, marketing assets spanning across the Events, Affiliate Sales, Press and Consumer Marketing.
  • Conceptualize and drive evocative creative that connects to AMC Networks audiences, business clients, industry partners and content collaborators.
  • Creative lead on conceptualizing and overseeing all inter-departmental live-event deliverables.
  • Oversee all in-house and b2b marketing assets in support of Ad Sales and The Content Room, Distribution, Press and the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Creatively oversee and direct all executive and select talent shoots.
  • Recruit and develop new relationships with external strategic and creative resources that meet the company’s high standards of innovation, production quality to help achieve core business objectives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 15+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work well with C-Suite executives as well as A-list talent
  • Proficiency with on-air promotion formats and strategy
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong production and creative management background
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced creative environment managing multiple projects at one time
  • Strong creative managerial, budgeting, planning and contract skills
  • Able to define a project and assign the appropriate talent to execute
  • Having a roster of talent that can be called upon at a moment’s notice to complete a last-minute project with the utmost creative vision and professionalism
  • A deep knowledge of creative production and a high level of communication skills and client-management
  • The ability to manage a project workflow to achieve solid results and ensure high quality work is delivered on-time, on-budget and on-brand
