Qualifications

Required

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • Bachelor’s Degree, and working knowledge of Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on technical aptitude
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Analytical approach to solving complex problems
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and execute detailed action plans
  • Highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrity

Your primary responsibility is to partner with the sales team and provide technical knowledge around Nutanix solutions to our customers and prospects. You’ll provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and guide prospects through technical evaluations (POCs) which are critical to the deal's success. Additionally, you will work with various teams to resolve customer concerns, escalate product issues, and serve as an ambassador for our brand. About the TeamAt Nutanix, you will be part of the dynamic SLED Central Mountain West team, covering a vast territory spanning 17 states from Kansas to California. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
