  • Experience with agile software development practices

  • Experience managing testing labs and other verification environments
  • Knowledge in the area of hardware development and verification
  • M.S. degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field

As part of a hardworking team of diverse engineers, you will manage the development of software critical for the verification of various spaceflight systems. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of hardware and software verification. Working with the director of software engineering for New Glenn Avionics, you will lead a world-class software development team responsible for delivering and maintaining the software infrastructure that supports our verification. You will be responsible for growing the team hiring top talent software engineers, coaching existing and new team members, prioritizing tasks, running sprints, coordinating work you're doing with the internal customers, and collaborating closely with other software, hardware, and product teams.

We expect our managers to fully understand our technology and be deeply involved in solving technical problems with the team. Compensation Range for:
WA applicants is $187,266.00-$262,172.40
