  • Adhering to safety protocols and regulations, participation in safety meetings, and prompt reporting of accidents or incidents.
  • Effective communication with management, residents, vendors, and contractors.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
  • Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on the property.
  • High School diploma/GED and related experience and/or training.

COMMUNITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical tasks to ensure that the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Completing work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
