Responsibilities

  • Work with a reputable technology brand in retail locations to achieve the goals of our client.
  • Partner closely with in-store employees to build relationships and share product/brand information.
  • Merchandise and stock gift cards and products on specified fixtures according to the plan-o-gram.
  • Resolve in-store issues in regards to displays, fixtures, product placement and pricing.
  • Replace graphic signage and clean fixtures and displays.
  • Complete and submit store visit reports.
  • Route and manage schedule independently, ensure territory visits are covered.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a business plan for your designated territory.

Qualifications

Required

  • 1+ years of merchandising experience.
  • Advanced understanding of technology preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to store and transport supplies and point of purchase materials.
  • Available Monday - Friday work schedule, 8 am to 5 pm (weekends and evenings are required periodically).
  • Overnight travel is required in some territories may include air travel.
  • Must have access to a computer and printer with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Must have a personal credit card for travel expenses.
  • Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, stand, stoop, bend, kneel for the duration of shifts.

Overview

The retail full-time Brand Advocate (BA) will effectively and efficiently merchandise products at the store level while building relationships with key store personnel. The BA plays an important role in communicating initiatives and information to in-store employees regarding new product launches and existing product lines. The BA is also responsible for driving sales for the client. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a tenacious troubleshooter and adaptable.
