**The role you'll contribute:**

Responsible for receiving phone calls and fax requests to schedule patients for outpatient tests. Complete pre-registration of scheduled patients and ensure a valid provider order is obtained.

+ Maintains scheduling system ensures schedule is up-to-date with no conflicting appointments.

+ Maintains a pre-registration accuracy rate within the departmental guideline.

+ Demonstrates the importance of quality and integrity of captured patient information with regards to patient confidentiality.

+ Demonstrates a working knowledge of medical insurances and the financial responsibility for the patient. Check insurance.

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or equivalent
