  • Organize and maintain product development and engineering documentation.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to make proper system design choices and extract key elements for product launch documentation.
  • Coordinate various projects, create trackable charts for deliverables, and hold regular project coordination meetings.
  • Manage cross-functional communication and clarify team member responsibilities.
  • Identify issues during project coordination meetings, assign ownership for resolution, and record reasons for changes or delays.
  • Utilize skills such as Android Development, Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Cloud Technologies, Confluence, About Time, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Backlog Grooming, and Communication in the execution of duties.
  • Facilitate the successful progression of product from research and development to launch.
  • Ensure all documentation is coherent and serves as a comprehensive input for creating product launch documentation.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role or similar
  • Proficiency in Android Development
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
  • An understanding of Cloud Technologies
  • Experience with Bug Tracking systems
  • Knowledge of 'About Time' software
  • Experience conducting AB Testing
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
  • Experience with Backlog Grooming
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working within an Agile environment
