Qualifications

Required

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Dunkin brand standards and products.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and budget management.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Math/Writing skills

Preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a managerial role in a similar industry
