Sr. Accountant (from Public - Big 4 or CPA )

This role has future growth to Accounting Supervisor

Requires:

+ Bachelors of Accounting (or Finance)

+ Big 4 or CPA or/track

+ GAAP and consolidations

+ Any experience from RealEstate is a plus

Schedule: In office, Mon-Fri; with Very Flex work hours & some remote as needed (can discuss)

Location: North Miami Beach (Free Parking, easy access in and out)

Salary $80-85,000 (some possible stretch + discretionary Bonus)

This is a Brand name under an Umbrella of companies, includes Real-estate and Hospitality Group. The Sr Accountant handles accounting for multiple properties. The ideal candidate has experience from Public Accounting or is a CPA or Track.

Job Overview: reports to Controller and CFO. Manages accounting for multiple properties under Real Estate Portfolio; follows GAAP, performs financial consolidation, close; reviews GL, balance sheet, depreciations, expenses, profit and loss; other standard accounting duties, reconciliations, entries, adjustments; responsible for external reporting etc. Any ERP needed, experience with NetSuite is a plus; proficiency with Excel. Any experience from RealEstate is a plus.
