  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous development through employee development programs and initiatives.
  • Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor all HR projects.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and design HR strategies to meet those needs.
  • Use skills in organizational development and change management to enhance organizational performance.
  • Handle any other duties related to HR project management as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role or HR department
  • Proven experience in Organizational Development and Change Management
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using HR information systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related business software
  • Advanced knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality maintenance
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred

  • Master's Degree or HR certification

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contract remote HR Project Manager to support our client with a global footprint. This role is within the Financial Services Industry and will require a high level of organization and detail orientation, ideally within FSI. As an HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading various HR projects, including organizational development, change management, training, and development initiatives. The client's PMO group is newly developed and will be requiring someone can support them with previous experience and to be a SME within HR PMO. While this project is fully remote, preference will be given to candidates in the greater Atlanta area due to proximity to key stakeholders.

Requirements - Must hold a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role or HR department

- Proven experience in Organizational Development and Change Management is required

- Demonstrable project management skills with the ability to lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address HR related issues

- Proficient in using HR information systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related business software

- Advanced knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers

- Must possess a high level of integrity and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required, Master's Degree or HR certification is a plus

- Ability to travel as needed for project execution and business meetings.
