Heavenly Massage is looking for excellent receptionist who is will be responsible to assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. We are seeking for somebody who has excellent customer service skills, basic computer skills and to be able to take appointments courteously and accurately. They will be responsible to complete administrative duties that would include: inputting data into a computer system, checking in clients, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, assisting clients with questions and to help with the flow of day to day operations. An ideal candidate will be somebody who is responsible, has a positive attitude and is self-motivated.
