Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A to perform repairs and maintenance on trailer and tractor equipment at our Martin Brower shop in Lebanon, IL. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overhaul of fleet diesel equipment
- Complete thorough documentation for work orders related to repairs and preventative maintenance using the online Enterprise Asset Management system
- Operate a company vehicle to diagnose and repair equipment as part of roadside service calls
- Ensure that equipment has the required licensing and registration before being deemed "roadworthy"
- Install, replace, and repair onboard computers (XRS or XataNet) and/or cameras (DriveCam)
- Work in accordance with company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations to ensure safety
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 3 plus years of related experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds
Preferred
- Technical School Certification

Shift: Full-Time l Sunday-Wednesday 5:30PM-4:00AM OFF THURSDAY-SATURDAY!!!Pay: $30.00 - $33.00/hr, depending upon experience/qualifications

Position Responsibilities:
+ The Fleet Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and overhaul of fleet diesel equipment, as well as the diagnostics and rebuilding of clutches and brake systems
+ As a Fleet Technician, you will complete thorough documentation for work orders related to repairs and preventative maintenance using the online Enterprise Asset Management system
+ You will operate a company vehicle to diagnose and repair equipment as part of roadside service calls
+ You will ensure that equipment has the required licensing and registration before being deemed "roadworthy"
+ You will install, replace, and repair onboard computers (XRS or XataNet) and/or cameras (DriveCam)
+ You will work in accordance with company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations to ensure safety
+ Other duties as assigned
