Responsibilities

- Develops and recommends improvements to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.
- Examines invoices and shipping documents to ensure accordance with federal regulations.
- May recommend procedural changes to improve efficiency of operations.
- Ensures goods are verified against records of shipment.
- Accurately records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
- Responsible for inspection, identification, and delivery to stocking locations.
- Follows established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations and procedures.
- Participates or leads associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years quality assurance experience.
- Experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience with payroll systems is preferred.
- Hazardous materials certification or willingness to obtain as a condition of employment.
- Experience working in pipe yards, with Heat Numbers, MERI's, and MTR's is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately.

**Schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM to 5:30PM**
**Position Details:**
+ Reports to the Warehouse Manager.
