Responsibilities

- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
- Willing to perform a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, HVAC troubleshooting, janitorial, inspections, landscaping, snow removal, etc.
- Ability to lift up to 90lbs and stand for up to 8 hours

**Full Time Maintenance Technician**
We are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of affordable housing properties. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly in a fast paced and detailed environment.
**Job Type:**Full-time
**Schedule**: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
**Starting Pay**:$17 per hour
**Experience:**
Maintenance experience is preferred
Detail oriented
Basic technology (smart phone/computer)
Organizational skills
Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
