  • Address patient inquiries across all departments and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new staff members, including physicians and all departments
  • Ensure employee compliance with office protocol across all locations
  • Monitor schedules to maintain efficiencies and accuracy
  • Support managers in overseeing departments and provide coverage when necessary
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency in the workplace
  • Coordinate work across all departments for seamless operations
  • Participate in the evaluation of all personnel and contribute to the development of key performance indicators for each position
  • Ensure all staff have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their work efficiently
  • Address patient concerns or feedback promptly and professionally
  • Ensure work environments are safe and adequate for all employees
  • Participate in initiatives to support quality measure reporting
  • Monitor operational metrics and performance, providing support for interventions to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Professional certification in Operations Management or Project Management is a plus
  • Proven experience in operations management in a related field
  • Strong understanding of business operations, processes, and strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in using business software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Operations to become a vital part of our client's team in the Farmingdale, New Jersey area. The primary function of this role is to oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and experience in handling multi-location setups.
