Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily liquid inventories
  • Confirm production for precooked/liquid processes
  • Generate various daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on collected/interpreted data related to material shrink, line performance (Overall Equipment Efficiency), resource downtime and loss events
  • Reconcile cycle count inventory adjustments for ingredients and packaging
  • Participate on SRMP team
  • Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP and HACCP guidelines, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained to maintain SQF Level 3 certification
  • Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Provide administrative assistance to other departments as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, fractions, ratios
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
