**Hours:** 8-hour shifts, at least 2 weekend shifts a month, weekday & holiday/season availability requested

**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides Occupational Therapy treatment for patients of all ages with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited ACOTE program and completion of clinical rotations required.

+ Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist by the state of employment.
