Pick & Pack Associate

**Job Posting:** Pick/Pack Associate

**Location:** Fort Worth, TX 76106

**Pay Rate:** $16.00 per hour

**Duration:** Contract to Hire

**Shift Schedule:** 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Shift A - Sunday - Wednesday OR Shift B - Tuesday - Friday)

**Job Description:**

+ Pick and pack orders in a climate-controlled environment (40-52 degrees Fahrenheit).

+ Ensure quality by maintaining straight, correctly packed items.

+ Meet productivity goals of 14 boxes per hour.

+ Cross-train in different roles as needed.

+ Adhere to strict attendance policies.

+ Wear provided orange vest and safety shoes (steel toe or composite)

**Requirements:**

+ Must be fluent in English.

+ Able to attend virtual orientation on Fridays.

+ Must follow safety protocols and guidelines.

+ Flexibility to adjust to shift changes and scheduling adjustments.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

**Additional Details:**

+ Two 15-minute breaks within the parking lot; 30-minute lunch in the break room.

+ Opportunity for permanent hire based on performance and attendance.

+ Start Date: August 2nd, 2024
