  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrate computer literacy
  • Effectively adheres to MHS policies, guidelines, and care commitments including confidentiality of all patient and business information
  • Escalates issues to the proper person in a timely manner
  • Maintain supplies and place order for additional supplies as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

**In this role, the Customer Service Liaison will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. This person is someone who is motivated and able to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries, takes the initiative in resolving customer issues, and helps navigate our patients and visitors while in our facility. Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.**

**Your Job Requirements:**

**- High school Diploma or Equivalent required**

**Your Job Responsibilities:**
