  • Manage relationships with benefits providers and brokers, negotiate plan renewals, and evaluate new benefits offerings.
  • Analyze benefits utilization and costs, prepare reports, and make recommendations for plan design and cost containment.
  • Develop and distribute benefits communication materials to keep employees informed about their benefits options and any changes.
  • Promote and administer employee wellness programs to enhance overall employee health and well-being.
  • Conduct benefits training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing education for current employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of benefits plans, enrollment data, and employee information.

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in the hospitality industry, based in Irving, Texas. As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will manage and administer employee benefits programs, provide exceptional service to employees, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is a must

- Should have experience with Ceridian

- Knowledge of Dayforce is required

- Must be adept at HRMS

- Proficiency in About Time software is needed

- Must have experience in Benefit Functions

- Claim Administration skills are necessary

- Must have experience in Compensation Administration

- Compliance knowledge and experience is a prerequisite.
