Salesforce Developer/Functional Consultant (PSS & LPI) - Remote

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer or Functional Consultant with a strong background in Salesforce Platform Solution Selling (PSS) and Lightning Platform Integration (LPI). This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, the ability to develop and implement customized solutions, and the capability to engage with clients to translate their business needs into technical solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Solution Design & Implementation:** Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. Focus on utilizing Salesforce PSS and LPI to deliver seamless and efficient platforms.

+ **Customization & Development:** Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Configure Salesforce environments to meet the specific needs of each client.

+ **Integration Management:** Lead the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce Lightning Platform Integration. Ensure that data flows seamlessly between Salesforce and other platforms.

+ **Client Consultation:** Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Translate these into functional specifications and recommend best practices for Salesforce usage.

+ **Platform Solution Selling Support:** Assist the sales team in identifying client needs during the pre-sales process, leveraging your technical expertise to propose and design Salesforce solutions that meet those needs.

+ **Testing & QA:** Conduct unit testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the solutions meet the quality standards and functional requirements.

+ **Documentation & Training:** Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce solutions, including system architecture, design specifications, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and client teams.

+ **Troubleshooting & Support:** Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Salesforce implementations. Work to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

+ **Collaboration:** Partner with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and sales teams, to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.

**Qualifications:**

+ **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development or functional consulting. Proven experience with Salesforce Platform Solution Selling (PSS) and Lightning Platform Integration (LPI).

+ **Salesforce Expertise:** Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and Lightning components. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.

+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Salesforce integration tools and techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, and middleware. Experience with data migration and synchronization.

+ **Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

+ **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

+ **Project Management:** Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality work within agreed timelines.

+ **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

+ Familiarity with industry-specific Salesforce solutions, such as Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud.

+ Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer.
