  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in Home Health or a related field

Qualifications You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required); Master’s in Healthcare Administration or a related field (Preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience in Home Health or a related field.
  • Licensing/Certifications: Unrestricted RN license in Arizona; CHHA certification (preferred but not required).
  • Skills & Abilities: Leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of home health regulations, trends, and service models.


Bonus Points:

  • Experience in financial management and budgeting, plus familiarity with Medicaid and private pay service models.
