  • Recognize and develop maintenance systems.
  • Experience in a high volume, manufacturing environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in a medical manufacturing industry.
  • At least a diploma or a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics / bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Full Job Description

Job Title: Equipment Specialist / Manufacturing Technicians

Pay rate: $26-$32 per hour with a $0.50 differential for second shift.

Duration: temp-to-hire based upon performance and business needs.

Location: Chatsworth CA 91311

Shift details: First shift (6 AM - 2:30 PM) for training.

Afterward, one will transition to second shift (3 PM - 11:30 PM).


Job Description Summary

The primary role of an Equipment Specialist function is to apply advanced skills, knowledge, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance to maintain manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, and documentation. Assists in the development, execution, and testing of new and existing products for manufacturing engineering, to meet the current and future production volume, quality, OHS and cost requirements.
