Job Title: Associate Attorney (Transactional / Lenders law)

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000

A well-established law firm with a significant presence in the Real Estate industry are seeking junior to mid-level associates specializing in transactional law, with a focus on lending. This firm has a robust history of providing high-quality legal services and has earned a reputation for its expertise in a wide range of practice areas.


The firm operates from multiple offices, with a strong foothold in New Jersey and New York, making it a key player in the legal markets of both states. Its headcount includes several hundred attorneys across various locations, offering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment for both junior and senior attorneys. With a focus on fostering talent, the firm provides a supportive atmosphere where associates can develop professionally and explore new areas of law while honing their skills in transactional work.


Overview:

The firm is looking for junior to mid-level associates with a solid foundation in transactional law, particularly in lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience working in larger firms and will be admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
