With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is the one of the largest independently held tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.


About the Position of Analyst

As a member of the Analytics Department, the Sr. Financial Data Analyst will develop and present actionable insights through the rigorous analysis of varied data sources. The right candidate should be able to operate with a full stack of analytical tools including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SQL Server, & Power BI. Our data analytics department is engaged in the full spectrum of analytics for the enterprise, working on a dynamic team that produces automated & actionable reporting for the Enterprise as well as bespoke analytics for the company’s leadership.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in financial or marketing analysis

Duties & Responsibilities

The analyst will assist the SVP of Analytics and other members of the team in developing and presenting actionable insights to various audiences within the organization. Audiences may include Executive team, Inventory, Operations, Finance, and Marketing. The analyst will be responsible for compiling data from disparate data repositories, and then organizing, evaluating and presenting the data for the purpose of providing actionable insights with a quantifiable impact on profitability.
