Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and/or IT sourcing tools (i.e., Bullhorn, job boards: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to consistently grow your recruiting network and book of business.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Can thrive within a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and not get distracted.
  • Strong communication, work ethic, and team collaborative skills.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • MS Office skills.

Our company, Entegee, is currently seeking Technical Recruiters to join our growing company. Entegee has over 170 recruiters and 70 sales reps spread across the United States. Our firm is part of the largest and most successful staffing and consulting company in the world.


This position is available on-site in the following office locations: Pembroke, MA, Billerica, MA, Salem, NH, Davenport, IA, and Dubuque, IA


Job Responsibilities:

· Our team specializes in recruiting top Engineering and IT project teams to some of the largest companies in the country. Developing new ways to utilize your digital skill set to reach out to talented individuals for opportunities is essential.

· Identify qualified candidates by using networking tools including CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Monster.

· Screen and evaluate job applicants. Match job openings with clients nationwide to resumes in the field. Coordinate interviews, Assist with relocation of new hires.

· Maintain relationships with hiring manager and candidates, dealing with multiple clients daily



REQUIREMENTS:

· Our industry leading global staffing firm is seeking a Technical Recruiter.

· 3+ years of experience working with (ATS) Applicant Tracking Systems and/or IT sourcing tools (i.e., Bullhorn, job boards: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)

· Ability to consistently grow your recruiting network and book of business

· Excellent time management skills, working a structured day (i.e. blocking out your recruiting activities)

· Can thrive within a fast-paced environment

· Ability to multitask and not get distracted

· Strong communication, work ethic, and team collaborative skills



PREFERRED (but NOT required):

· Bachelors 4-year degree is preferred

· MS Office skills
