Full Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is a highly innovative problem solver who is enthusiastic about working in the golf industry. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be creating effortless experience by assisting our customers in issue resolution with helpful, efficient, and accurate answers to their questions and concerns.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk or standing when needed
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • Must be able to navigate back office and reach items both high and low
