ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist customers by answering questions about our products and recommend new products by identifying their needs
  • Enter customer orders and perform necessary tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken documented in our CRM program
  • Gather and research information as needed to resolve customer issues
