  • Open new client/matter engagements and assist with billing/client invoices.
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling incoming communications, organizing files, and performing additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent litigation experience within a law firm.
  • Strong understanding of both State and Federal litigation processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in California court system rules.
  • Experience with E-Filing (File to Serve).

Preferred

  • College degree.
  • Familiarity with document management systems, docketing systems, and billing/time entry programs.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
