POSITION: PRODUCT MANAGER

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Experience: 7+ years

Duties/Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle from initial planning through delivery and launch.
• Define product requirements based on in-depth market research and customer demand.
• Prioritize and maintain the product feature backlog.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver products within scope and timelines.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product demos.
• Participate in client review sessions and roadmap discussions.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math); an MBA is highly preferred.
• 7+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in product engineering and 2+ years in product management.
• Proven experience in SaaS product development and product management.
• Experience with knowledge management or content management is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI and AI/ML product feature development is a plus.
• Proven experience working with high-performance, scalable cloud technologies and architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

• The base salary range is $140,000 to $200,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
• Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company performance.

• Restricted stock or stock option grants, subject to company policies and performance.
