  • Manage the documentation and resolution of discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory audits.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations, fostering a culture of safety within the warehouse team.
  • Develop strategies to increase operational efficiency, including process optimization and resource management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align warehouse operations with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of management experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in ERP systems, particularly SAP, with experience in implementing technological enhancements.
  • Solid background in supply chain management, with a thorough understanding of logistics, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability in fostering teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong orientation towards continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, 5S or 6S.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives, and a robust approach to handling complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
