  • 3 years' telephone sales experience
  • Previous SaaS/software/ hardware solutions sales experience preferred
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Products include: Inventory Control, Asset Management and Barcode Software, Time and Attendance solutions, RFID solutions, Package Tracking, Point of Sale, Barcode Starter Kits, Barcode scanners and printers, mobile computers, labels, supplies and accessories.

The WASP Barcode Solutions Sales Representative is responsible for growing revenue for with WASP hardware and software business solutions.

You will work to understand client needs to offer solutions for their business. Ensure the correct products and services are being delivered. Resolve any issues and complaints to maintain a level of integrity with our customer base. Update forecast and SalesForce with key metrics.

Main responsibilities:


  • Addresses client needs to meet annual sales targets

  • Attain annual revenue
  • Update of CRM (Salesforce), forecast tool
  • Understand of the WASP portfolio and manufacturing, supply chain and other industries
  • Align with Company culture with a sense of ownership

Experience and skills:


  • Proven sales quota achievement and over achievement
  • 3 years' telephone sales experience
  • Previous SaaS/software/ hardware solutions sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Hybrid Work Schedule: Position may be considered for Hybrid Schedule after sufficient proficiency in position has been attained.
