Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products. You will work closely with our sales, operations, and clinical teams to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SANUWAVE products
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service and product quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Assist in developing customer support resources.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in wound care and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and explain complex products.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Start-up Medical Device experience preferred
• A customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Netsuite proferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of wound care and ultrasound technology is a plus!
