The Service Coordinator at Greenwood Industries is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and updating all project schedules and activities in the field. Responsibilities

  • Provide project planning and scheduling for end-to-end development of the construction schedule
  • Create and revise preliminary schedules detailing the sequence of all work to be performed prior to project start date
  • Maintain and revise summary and detailed schedules for ongoing project reporting and other program management needs
  • Communicate with service teams regularly checking in and providing updates
  • Assist, Service Manager, Project Managers and Site Superintendents in creating short-term schedules, and monitor such schedules to determine impact on job execution
  • Ensure schedules correlate within the project cost data
  • Review and approve completion of jobs to ensure they align with original job scope and requirements
  • Prepare weekly payroll as it relates to the coordination of the projects
  • Estimate time element of change orders and incorporates changes into the schedules
  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate individuals within the organization
  • Execute additional duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management

Qualifications

Required

  • Associates Degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction scheduling, project planning, field management or integrated scheduling in programs is preferred
  • Skilled in analytical problem solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability in inputting data schedules
  • Strong level of adaptability
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills
  • Exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude

Greenwood Roof Services is the professional service and maintenance division of Greenwood Industries, Inc., one of the Top 10 commercial roofing and building envelope solutions providers in the nation. With certified teams working across the Northeast, Greenwood Roof Services specializes in large commercial roof and building systems for companies, institutions, universities, state and local governments. We are headquartered in Milford, MA, and have maintenance teams operating from our branches throughout the region.


The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and updating all project schedules and activities in field. The coordinator will need to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide project planning and scheduling for end-to-end development of the construction schedule

In addition to the essential functions listed above, a successful candidate will possess all or some of the following technical and personal competencies:
