Responsibilities

  • Provide direct leadership and supervision to Maintenance Technicians.
  • Provide technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and servo press manufacturing.
  • Promote a leadership style that encourages positive morals and ensures team concepts.
  • Expand Maintenance Technicians knowledge while continuously maintaining production goals.
  • Accountable for maintaining maximum levels of utilization and efficiency of capital equipment on the shift.
  • Provide key input into the development of the department’s strategic business plan.
  • Identify and track key measurables to support the business plan goals.
  • Convey leadership and constructive feedback to all direct reports.
  • Mentor, coach, counsel, and corrective action as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • HS Diploma/GED required.
  • 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor or 3+ years as Team Lead of Maintenance Technicians in a robotic manufacturing environment.
  • Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and/or servo press manufacturing.

Preferred

  • Associate or higher degree preferred.

  • Convey leadership and constructive feedback to all your direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action, when situations dictate.
  • This role is part of our Maintenance Team and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

  • HS Diploma/GED required. Associate or higher degree preferred.
  • 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor; consideration for 3+ years as Team Lead of Maintenance Technicians in a robotic manufacturing environment.
  • Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and/or servo press manufacturing.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, team building, and verbal and written communication skills.
