  • Experience in Foreign Military Sales
  • Ability to draft acquisition and FMS documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12 years of experience

Preferred

  • DAU certification in Program Management

DCS is looking for an experienced Program Analyst to lead Army Acquisition efforts and foreign military sales at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD

Essential Job Functions:

Develop FMS Strategies.

Coordinate responses to FMS inquiries.

Develop schedules for support to FMS, other services, and other Army customers.

Coordinate with other services and Army customers to provide information.

Conduct task tracking, take meeting minutes, and follow up actions to move forward with support other services and Army partners.

Be the LNO between PM DPNT and FMS entities, other services, and Army material developers.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 12 years of experience.

Secret level clearance is required.

Must have subject matter expertise in Army systems acquisition (DoDD 5000.01).

Must have experience in Foreign Military Sales.

Must be able to draft acquisition and FMS documentation.

Desired Skills:

DAU certification in Program Management.
