  • Contract Administration & Documentation: Assist in the preparation and administration of UST contracts, as well as maintaining correspondence, project reports, and other related documents.
  • Process Management: Compile, review, and submit cost proposals, payment requests, and invoices related to UST trust fund work.
  • Client and State Interaction: Regularly interact with state and client websites or payment portals, ensuring all project-related information is submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support Project Reporting: Provide administrative support for project reports, correspondence, and contracts as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborative Work Environment: Operate in a fast-paced environment while contributing positively to team efforts and project outcomes.

Qualifications
