  • Promotes a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant store for employees and customers.
  • Delegate duties and schedule work hours.
  • Follows company policy and procedures and leads by example for the rest of the employees.
  • Promote a positive and fulfilling work environment.

Qualifications

Required

  • Must have 5+ years of verifiable work experience managing a self-service auto parts facility.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in a business-related study.
  • Strong quantitative skills to understand store financial performance and operating statistics.
  • Ability to multitask while performing quality work in an efficient manner with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work required hours, which includes weekends and holidays.

Preferred

  • Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

About the Job:


Carolina Pick N Pull is a self-service auto dismantling and recycling company with 3 locations in the Carolinas focused on Green Automotive Recycling. General Position Summary: Manage all aspects of store operations including, but not limited to, sales, vehicle production, customer service, and staff. Ensure that the facility operates both safely and environmentally compliantly while effectively and efficiently working within the guidelines of the administrative policies and procedures. 5-7+ years of experience is required for consideration.
