  • Use backup and recovery software and methodologies and basic firewall functions
  • Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot and update software using PowerShell and RMM
  • Troubleshoot basic networking hardware and protocols

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years supporting frontline users and backend small business systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Server products, Exchange, Office 365, firewalls, networking, and similar technologies
  • Experience with automation tools like PowerShell and RMM
  • Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to complete Kaseya University in the first 90 days

Preferred

  • MSP Experience
  • Microsoft and Cisco certifications
  • Mac OS experience

From addressing hardware concerns to troubleshooting network and server configurations, you'll get your hands on a variety of technical challenges.
