  • Ability to provide support on highly technical or sophisticated products.
  • Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within your discipline.

  • College degree required.
  • At least 1 to two years of customer service experience in an in-bound call center.
  • Proven experience in technical support or related fields.
  • Ability to make decisions based on past experience and practical knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in complex systems.

A Technical Support Specialist job in Portage, MI is available through IntePros. Candidates will be responsible providing assistance to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. Candidates will be assisting in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging technical equipment and software. Candidates will also be responding to situations where first-line product support has been unable to resolve issues, and provide solutions for malfunctioning equipment or software. Candidates will also be reporting issues in Salesforce and participating in customer training may also be part of the role.


This is a one-year contract assignment


This a on-site role.


There are two shifts available: 1st 9:30am - 6pm, and 2nd shift 10:30am - 7pm. Mon-Fri.
