We are seeking a skilled maintenance manager to oversee our maintenance department and ensure the effective operation of our facility.   • Performs regular site inspections and responds to repair calls.
  • Interviews, trains, assigns, and evaluates work of team members including recommendations for disciplinary action established by company's procedures.
  • Develops preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
  • Has the authority to shut down any process for quality or safety concerns.
  • Enforces company's and customer's mandated quality standards by ensuring equipment is running to standards.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
  • 5 years’ experience in a maintenance management role
  • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
  • Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred

  • Assist in developing work instructions, procedures, and hazard analysis.
  • Work with safety to develop programs.
  • Prepare investigative reports on issues in maintenance or with team members.
  • Maintain critical parts inventory.
  • Maintain maintenance history on equipment.
