  • Develop action plans for conducting internal analyses and collaborate with business partners to identify root causes for operational gaps and establish solutions.
  • Handle broad-based, complex, communication for internal and/or external audiences.
  • Provide leadership, vision, and direction for both project team and business partners.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Finance or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
  • 4-5 years of experience managing and delivering IT projects/programs.
  • Minimum seven years of project management with large complex enterprise-wide projects.
  • PMP Certification (or commensurate experience managing corporate-wide projects) required.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and delivering large and complex, cross functional strategic enterprise projects through all project phases, while coordinating with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and organizational leadership to ensure project outcomes align with business objectives. The incumbent in this position plays an integral role in the organization's project management capabilities and resource planning needs.

Essential Functions
  • Manage, execute and communicate the project plan based on changing business needs, priorities, new information and/or budget considerations to stakeholders.
  • Identify, document, coordinate and implement enterprise solution requirements within scope and in accordance with the project/program goals.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis and process improvement methodologies.
  • High reasoning skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to ascertain and assess department needs and priorities.
  • Proficient at project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of banking products, principles, and practices.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills including summarizing information and clearly identifying key gaps, patterns, results, or relationships.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with leadership and management in diverse and complex operational environments.
  • Ability to understand, map, connect, and manage complex systems, processes, and matrixed teams.
  • Ability to collaborate and relate well to all kinds of people, build appropriate rapport and constructive, effective relationships, and use tact and diplomacy to handle situations comfortably.
