We are seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager/Discharge Planning/Utilization Review to join our team!!

**Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM, M-F**

Registered Nurse Case Manager/Discharge Planning/Utilization Review at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington:

· The Case Manager coordinates the discharge planning of BOSHA inpatients and assists with all other case management needs as requested.

Education/License:

· Current license as a Registered Nurse in TX

· CCM preferred

· One to three years' experience in Case Management.

1 year Utilization Review and Acute Care experience required.

· Relevant clinical experience preferred.

· Demonstrate competent communication and leadership skills.
