Senior Manager Clinical Operations RN

Description

Reporting to the Regional Administrative Director, manages and coordinates the patients care support staff in the Facey Endoscopy Center (FEC) and Gastroenterology (GI) Departments. Develops and implements quality improvement programs; ensures efficient allocation and use of resources.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent educ/experience
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 3 years of Management experience in an Ambulatory, Gastroenterology setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nursing, Business, Education, Management, Healthcare Administration or equivalent educ/experience
