  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards, including HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in a cold, fast-paced production environment.

Preferred

  • Technical certification or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
