Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a contract assignment with a premier Financial Services client in midtown Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and generate Business requirements documents (including Agile user stories, proof of concept models, flow diagrams, and supporting documentation)
  • Liaise with the development team to ensure the product is developed according to specifications
  • Conduct Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), write and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plan
  • Provide business analysis and data analysis support for application enhancements: eliciting and documenting business requirements, user acceptance testing, data analysis, and product support
  • Support the Real Estate / Commercial Mortgage group with tools and applications

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Proficiency in business and data analysis
  • Financial Services experience
  • Experience in Real Estate, REIT, and/or Mortgage (commercial or retail) business lines
  • Strong SQL expertise
  • Established technical knowledge in software development life cycle and agile methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; as well as work in an international team setting
  • Collaborate effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups
  • Self-motivated individual and creative thinker who will take ownership of tasks assigned
  • Ability to problem solve and have creative solutions in challenging environments
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, demanding, and team-orientated environment
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations gracefully
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in mid-town Manhattan, NY. Hybrid: will need to work in the office 3 days/week/

Responsibilities :
